Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing automotive issues, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in our service department.Duties:
- Perform automotive diagnostics to identify mechanical and electrical issues

- Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordPreferred Skills:
- ASE certifications or equivalent training
- Experience with auto estimating software
