Responsibilities:

The Scrum Master will support Barrow Wise's State of Maryland Department of General Services (DGS) project, and perform the following duties:

• Lead Agile process for one or more Scrum Teams to ensure delivery and releases are within scope.
• Maintain ongoing development of the team and continue improvement of the development process, product quality, and quantity of work delivered.
• Guide and coach the Scrum Team.

An ideal candidate has the following:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Scrum Master certification.
