Scrum Master, Sr. jobs in Bremerton, WA
Scrum Master, Sr. coordinates a cross-functional Agile development team utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum Framework. Assumes a servant leadership role to support a self-organized team to complete Scrum projects. Being a Scrum Master, Sr. identifies and removes impediments to progress. Facilitates sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives. Additionally, Scrum Master, Sr. identifies and manages the backlog. Supports, coaches and mentors team members. Tracks daily sprint progress and maintain schedules. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Typically reports to a director. The Scrum Master, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Summer Relief are assigned, by McKinley Paper, to work in various departments with a variety of work such as sweeping, moving paper, paint lines, cleaning, loading/unloading, etc., around the mill, both inside and out. Rate of pay may increase when you complete training in your assigned department.
The summer vacation relief period is from May 1st, through September 30th. Summer and holiday vacation relief employees assignment may end anytime during the summer or holiday vacation relief period without reference to the other provisions of this Agreement.

Shipping
Purchasing
- Able to work with direction from Tour bosses, Senior Operators and Management Team.
- Awareness of and commitment to personal safety.
- Multi-tasking ability.
- Pass a drug screen, background check and physical fitness assessment.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Working towards High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Exposure to outdoor elements when traveling on foot between facilities.
- Wear personal protective equipment as required and directed.
- Schedules Monday through Friday 7AM to 3:30 PM
