In this role, you’ll directly impact the client's organization by enhancing processes, connecting systems, and managing application development. Additionally, you’ll have a direct impact on technology deployment that will advance the client’s mission and improve decision advantage. You’ll engage with clients to leverage expertise in management consulting and process improvement, assess how change will impact organizational processes and design, and facilitate discussions with technical and non-technical audiences while acting as an intermediary to communicate functional and technical requirements effectively. You Have:
2 years of experience leading agile transformations as a Scrum Master serving multiple teams, providing tasking and assisting with prioritization of efforts
2 years of experience with software development, digital strategies and transformation, analytics, or product management
Experience with projects using an Agile methodology, including Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban
Experience with workflow management tools, such as Jira
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience working on DoD government projects
Experience with performance management improvement in support of IT governance
Experience in leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level military client management
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent interpersonal, organizational, and team-building skills
Secret clearance
Prosci Change Management Certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
