Scrum Master, Sr. coordinates a cross-functional Agile development team utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum Framework. Assumes a servant leadership role to support a self-organized team to complete Scrum projects. Being a Scrum Master, Sr. identifies and removes impediments to progress. Facilitates sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives. Additionally, Scrum Master, Sr. identifies and manages the backlog. Supports, coaches and mentors team members. Tracks daily sprint progress and maintain schedules. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires Certified Scrum Master (CSM). TOOLS AND GAGES: Oscilloscope, Amp-probe, Meters, Computers, Dial Indicators and Micrometers, Various Measuring Devices, etc.
TYPICAL PRODUCTS INVOLVED: Contact cleaner, part and press lubricants, hydraulic oils, floor cleaners, etc.
METHOD OF JOB ASSIGNMENT: Mostly written, some verbal.
QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to learn Statistical Process Control and Problem Solving. Must have a good understanding of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic prints. Advanced math and blueprint reading essential. Must obtain certification in Press Safety. Minimum 5 years of previous electrical experience required. Previous experience as a Maintenance A or equivalent mandatory. Knowledge of programmable controls required. Proficient computer skills is a plus.
