Scrum Master, Sr. coordinates a cross-functional Agile development team utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum Framework. Assumes a servant leadership role to support a self-organized team to complete Scrum projects. Being a Scrum Master, Sr. identifies and removes impediments to progress. Facilitates sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives. Additionally, Scrum Master, Sr. identifies and manages the backlog. Supports, coaches and mentors team members. Tracks daily sprint progress and maintain schedules. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Typically reports to a director. The Scrum Master, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Some of the responsibilities of our Prep Cook/Dishwasher include:- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Can meet physical demands of the position, including pulling, pushing, carrying, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Washing and putting away pots, pans, dishes, and utensils
- Maintaining store appearance, cleanliness, and display standards comply with our policies and food safety handling procedures.
- Perform general cleaning tasks including but not limited to: disposing of garbage, sweeping, mopping, cleaning, and maintaining bathrooms.
- Assist in kitchen duties through equipment sanitation, food preparation, and ensuring that food is stored correctly
- Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customer
- Stock and use all cleaning supplies as intended.
- Maintain clean and dry floors.
- Empty and clean trash cans and ensure proper trash can placement.
- Assist the line by restocking products as needed.
- Complete other duties as assigned in support of the business.
