Job Description

As a Scrum Master, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Utilize working knowledge of Agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions
• Handle large projects and multiple projects simultaneously
• Identify risks and escalate issues

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required
• Technical certifications are desirable
• Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred, Certified agile expert

Mandatory Skills

• Should have development experience using Java Full Stack or Angular UI
• Must have experience in managing multisite projects
• Prior to SM role, Must have worked as developer/Tech lead using technical skills as Java Full Stack or Angular UI
• Must have Angular, UI Technology, Java, and any other development experience
• Strong project executions skills
• Must have proficiency in stakeholder management
• Should have working knowledge of tools such as Rally and Jira
• Must be able to work on Linux environment
• Good understanding of Docker, CI/CD
• Should have leadership and management experience
• Strong people and project management skills
• Strong communication and presentation along with analytical and problem-solving skills
