Scrum Master, Sr. coordinates a cross-functional Agile development team utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum Framework. Assumes a servant leadership role to support a self-organized team to complete Scrum projects. Being a Scrum Master, Sr. identifies and removes impediments to progress. Facilitates sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives. Additionally, Scrum Master, Sr. identifies and manages the backlog. Supports, coaches and mentors team members. Tracks daily sprint progress and maintain schedules. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Located conveniently between the bridges in Old Saybrook, CT, Ferry Landing Marina is a full-service marina under recent new ownership. Ferry Landing Marina offers a range of services including seasonal and transient boat slips, indoor rack storage, haul and launch services, as well as marine systems and mechanical services. We are currently in the planning phase of an exciting revival of this iconic marina, which means that in addition to normal marina operations, there will be ongoing work during the upcoming season to prepare for an extensive renovation and redesign, which will place Ferry Landing Marina among the region's premier boating destinations.
Candidates for the Dockmaster role should have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and availability to work some weekends and holidays during the summer season.

Job Description:
Dock staff will conduct daily dock walks and inspections of the grounds, perform general cleaning and repair duties, document maintenance issues, and ensure a safe, pleasant, and enjoyable experience to the marina customer. This position may include light facility maintenance and landscaping, basic boat handling skills, and basic office/administrative skills. Team collaboration is essential and a high level of customer service is expected.
