Facilitates sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives. Additionally, Scrum Master, Sr. identifies and manages the backlog. Supports, coaches and mentors team members. Tracks daily sprint progress and maintain schedules. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Montecito Bank & Trust is seeking a full-time Scrum Master in our Technology department. This position will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our software development and engineering projects while driving the adoption of Agile methodologies. The Scrum Master will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, facilitate communication, drive continuous improvement, and remove any obstacles that may impede progress. The Scrum Master will have regular exposure to business stakeholders and will guide the development team in achieving the overall engineering direction of the Bank to support current and future needs. This is an exempt position reporting to the Director of Engineering. This position does have the ability to work hybrid or remote and will report to our Hollister Offices.
