This Seamstress position within our company will require someone who has a strong industrial sewing machine experience and an impeccable attention to detail in order to work in an extremely fast paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Operate an industrial sewing machine working with stretch fabric
• Trim fabric to size and work to generate finished goods, using templates for optimal production speed
• Trouble shoot material usage and best method of finishing
• Check for quality of work after the completion of each order
• Manage multiple sewing projects at a time
• Effectively communicate with others sewing and the production team to meet deadlines
• Measure all employees against Quest’s policies and procedure guidelines
• Comply with safety programs and policies

• Must have 3-5 years of industrial sewing experience
• Must have experience with zippers, stretch fabric & using hot knives
• Preferred to have experience with large format sewing applications in a production setting
• Previous leadership and management experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
