The Barnes Firm is seeking a qualified Paid Search (PPC) Campaign Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The primary function is to facilitate day-to-day execution of search engine marketing programs for The Barnes Firm. This person should be highly skilled in online advertising and pay-per-click strategy. They will be responsible for improving the firms’ paid website leads through planning, coordination, management, and monitoring of varying PPC campaigns.
This position is 100% on site in Buffalo, NY.
Applicants must have at least one year of experience using Google Ads in a professional setting.
Responsibilities
· Planning, setting up and managing multiple PPC campaigns (search ads, display, remarketing campaigns) driving conversions, leads, and improved ROI.
· Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
· Monitoring bidding strategies and budgets.
· Performing ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
· Tracking, analyzing, and reporting results on campaign performance.
· Collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
· Engaging and collaborating with internal marketing team to align efforts across multiple marketing channels.
· Maintaining a high level of knowledge and expertise with industry updates and news.
Requirements
· Must have at least 1 year of experience using Google Ads including Highly proficient with all types of Google Ads including: Search Ads, Display Ads, Remarketing, Google Shopping Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.
· Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Office
· Preferred experience in B2C marketing
· Strong project management skills
