Local Search Specialist - Hybrid (Granville, OH)

This hybrid role requires working in our Granville, OH headquarters 2 days per week. Note: we will be moving offices in June to the Polaris area (Westerville, OH) 

We are seeking a friendly, outgoing communicator to join our digital marketing team as a Local Search Specialist. In this role, you'll collaborate with small business clients to support their local search needs that drive real results.

Responsibilities include:

• Having consultative conversations to understand client goals and make recommendations
• Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text
• Analyzing data and creatively solving problems to improve support of the clients digital marketing needs
• Documenting interactions and collaborating cross-functionally to exceed expectations

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience providing great customer service
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Detail and data oriented with ability to switch focus quickly
• Self-motivated and comfortable working across multiple environments
• Interest in evolving your skills in a digital marketing career
