This network services more than 20 locations and supports a growing team of 100 experienced providers throughout the central Connecticut regions. Reporting to the Network Director Revenue Cycle, the Manager Revenue Optimization is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that maximize gross and net revenue. The Manager Revenue Optimization also serves as a key resource between the revenue cycle team and all clinical departments throughout the hospital. The Manager has direct oversight of all charge capture, revenue reconciliation, Charge Description Master (CDM) maintenance, strategic pricing, payment validation, denial management and avoidable write-off prevention, and all reporting and analytics.
