Objective
The Strategist leads client engagements to successful outcomes, resulting in long-term client retention and scope expansion, as well as referrals to new business.
The Strategist’s main KPI is Managed Revenue, defined as the revenue paid to Rocket Clicks by clients for Organic Search services, shared among the participating team members. Each Strategist is expected to manage $20,000 in revenue. The exact Managed Revenue expectations will fluctuate due to company conditions, and will be visible and communicated regularly to the Strategist.
The ideal candidate is not only a passionate, independent, and confident digital marketing expert with an emphasis in SEO, but also has excellent people skills and can effectively discuss digital strategies from the perspective of a growth-minded business owner.
