Microchip USA is seeking a Search Engine Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing organic performance data on our website using SEO tools to make data-driven decisions that optimize or improve organic marketing strategies and search results. You will be responsible for researching the market for trends, keywords, and news to include in SEO improvement efforts. You will collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to create content for the website. Our ideal candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, a passion for data analysis, innovative thinking abilities, and professional communication skills. They should also enjoy working in an office environment and interacting with other team members.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine SEO site audits. 
• Generate original content for SEO (Blogs, Articles, News, Pillar Pages, Whitepapers, Infographics). 
• Track, analyze, and improve the performance of SEO efforts. 
• Research the market for news, articles, and relevant keywords to include in SEO improvement efforts. 
• Increase organic keywords on the website and increase organic website visits. 
• Monitor and track keywords performance and ranking. 
• Other duties as assigned. 

Skills and Qualifications

• Google platform products: Google Search Engine, Google Analytics, Bing Webmaster 
• WordPress 
• Search Engine Optimization Experience 
• Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook 
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Bachelors Degree required
