Job Summary: The Market and Growth Analyst is responsible for driving growth and market development in partnership with the Sales and Marketing departments. Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Job Requirements:
· Utilizes AI tools such as ChatGPT to analyze large datasets encompassing customer behavior, purchasing trends, market dynamics, and sales performance.
· Extracts actionable insights and trends from data analysis to inform strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement, driving revenue growth, profitability and expanding market penetration.
· Collaborates with the sales and marketing to segment customers based on various parameters including annual sales, purchasing frequency, and product preferences.
· Develops data-driven strategies to prioritize customers for transition to our B2B e-commerce platform, focusing on maximizing online transactions and minimizing reliance on traditional PO-based transactions.
· Works closely with the customer relations team to identify opportunities for enhancing the functionality and user experience of our B2B and B2C platforms.
· Analyzes user behavior and feedback to drive continuous improvements and optimize the platform for increased adoption and revenue generation.
· Supports the transition to a territory-based sales organization by providing data-driven insights to sales professionals.
· Assists in identifying high-potential accounts within each territory and develop customized strategies to drive growth and market expansion.
· Explores and implements innovative ways to integrate AI technologies into various aspects of our business operations.
· Identifies opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains through the use of AI-driven solutions.
· Prepares detailed and comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to key stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
· Translates complex data insights into actionable recommendations and strategic initiatives.

Skills/Experience Required:
· Proven experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related field, with a focus on leveraging AI technologies.
· Proficiency in data analysis tools, large language models and languages such as SQL, Python, R, and familiarity with AI platforms like ChatGPT.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
· Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in B2B sales and e-commerce, is a plus.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Education Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
