Secondary Market Analyst administers all secondary mortgage market duties that aid in the selling and purchasing of loans. Analyzes mortgage loan portfolios, securities, and mortgage-related investments and considers market trends and economic conditions to evaluate the risk and return of a loan sale or purchase. Being a Secondary Market Analyst creates reports and models to forecast asset performance and works with internal stakeholders to make recommendations. Complies with secondary market regulations and company protocols. Additionally, Secondary Market Analyst may require a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a manager. The Secondary Market Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     1. Professional Tennessee teaching certificate with appropriate endorsement.
    2. Possess strong writing, speaking, and human relations skills.
    3. Meet health and physical qualifications.
    4. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

    JOB GOAL          

     

    The secondary school teacher is responsible for teaching students and leading them toward the fulfillment of their potential for intellectual, emotional and psychological growth and maturation.

     

     

    PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    1. Instructs students in subject matter, using various teaching methods, such as lecture and demonstration. Uses audiovisual aids and other materials to supplement presentation.
    2. Prepares to teach course of study, assigns lessons, and corrects homework papers corresponding to the course of study.
    3. Keeps accurate attendance records.Encourages students to maintain appropriate standards of classroom behavior.
    4. Prepares for class and show evidence of preparation when requested by immediate supervisor.
    5. Maintains availability to students and parents for education-related meetings outside the instructional day when requested.
    6. Assists in enforcing school rules, Board policies, and administrative regulations.
    7. Meets and instructs assigned classes in the locations and at times designated.
    8. Represents the school to the community in a positive manner.
    9. Instructs students in citizenship and basic subject matter specified in state law and administrative regulations and procedures of the school district.
    10. Selects and requisitions books and instructional aids appropriate to the interest and maturity level of students; maintains required classroom inventory records.
    11. Adapts the curriculum to provide individual, small group, or remedial instruction to meet the needs of the individual student.
    12. Establishes and maintains standards of student behavior needed to provide an orderly, productive classroom environment.
    13. Identifies student needs and cooperates with other professional staff members in assessing and helping students solve health, attitude, and learning problems.
    14. Communicates with parents and school counselors on students’ progress.
    15. Supervises students in out-of-classroom activities during the assigned working day.
    16. Advises student teachers when applicable.
    17. Participates in curriculum and other developmental programs and committees as assigned.
    18. Participates in faculty committees and the sponsorship of student activities (e.g., class sponsor).
    19. Maintains professional competence through in-service education activities provided by the district and in self-selected professional growth activities.
    20. Perform such other duties and tasks as requested by the principal.
