Market Analyst Intern will assist with market research and analysis services for our Arizona and California markets; obtain customer and competitive information, employment and building permit data to support the Company’s land acquisition, sales, and marketing efforts.  Primary function will be to use Zonda and Multiple Listing Service, generate excel reports to prepare data for analysis. 

This is a part-time, paid Intern position.

Preferred candidate will have a degree in progress with a major/focus on Real Estate or Business along with strong Excel skills.
