Secondary Market Manager helps develop, manage, and improve a company's secondary mortgage market operations. Leads a team of analysts to ensure timely and accurate work and provides research and solutions to complex questions or tasks. SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of the Fresh Tap Market Manager is to provide leadership and supervision of the FreshTap Team. The Market Manager should possess the skills to lead, motivate, guide and train draft technicians and others on the FreshTap Team. Market Manager will ensure FreshTap Team supports the on-premise team in achieving business objectives. This position requires accomplished leadership toward achieving and exemplifying the standards and principals of the company’s vision. The Market Manager will work closely with the Sales and Support Manager to ensure efficient and professional execution of FreshTap standards in the market.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

The employee must be able to work a varied schedule during the workday. The FreshTap Team is responsible for draft service on the weekend and the Market Manager will be expected to manage and supervise on the weekends.

Immediate supervision over a unit, section or department where most of the time is spent assigning, reviewing, checking work, eliminating ordinary difficulties, where procedures are standardized. Responsible for supervising more than 2 and seldom over 10 persons.
