Leads a team of analysts to ensure timely and accurate work and provides research and solutions to complex questions or tasks. Being a Secondary Market Manager oversees the company's loan purchases and sales on the secondary market and manages mortgage loan portfolios to balance risk. Reviews performance indicators and utilizes economic data and market trends to determine risk. Additionally, Secondary Market Manager maintains relationships with investors, brokers, and originators to identify and develop new leads and opportunities. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a director. The Secondary Market Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.   • SUMMARY

    The primary responsibility of the Fresh Tap Market Manager is to provide leadership and supervision of the FreshTap Team. The Market Manager should possess the skills to lead, motivate, guide and train draft technicians and others on the FreshTap Team. Market Manager will ensure FreshTap Team supports the on-premise team in achieving business objectives. This position requires accomplished leadership toward achieving and exemplifying the standards and principals of the company’s vision. The Market Manager will work closely with the Sales and Support Manager to ensure efficient and professional execution of FreshTap standards in the market.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage FreshTap Team to ensure the highest standard of service to assigned accounts.
    • Manage Freshtap Team within approved budgets.
    • Represents company in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
    • Ensure the accountability of FreshTap Team by conducting in market ride-withs.
    • Supervise the FreshTap Team in accordance with all policy and procedures outlined in company handbooks and the FreshTap Manual.
    • Effectively supervise the draft technician’s hours / overtime to comply with all state / federal laws.
    • Ensure draft technicians effectively work and communicate with the sales team and specific store personnel to ensure account level service expectations are met and or exceeded.
    • Train, develop and uphold all FreshTap established standards and expectations in compliance with the FreshTap manual.
    • Manage week-end rotation schedule for Emergency/On-Call service for accounts.
    • Recruit and maintain a Best-in-Class staff that ensures established service expectations utilizing all resources available.
    • Ensure that daily draft service schedules are communicated to direct reports, plus ensure that each technician’s daily account call list is adhered to at all times.
    • Provide relief/route coverage for vacations, sick time, etc.
    • Communicate and resolve any customer complaints in conjunction with Sales Team and/or FreshTap Team in a timely manner to ensure account level service standards.
    • Management and Administrative duties to include PTO, performance appraisals and coaching.
    • Maintain draught equipment and organization in the draught room
    • Oversee and inspect service vehicles to maintain the highest standards for cleanliness, safety, equipment stocking and maintenance
    • Maintain safe driving record and comply with company driving point policy.
    • Attend all scheduled meetings and company functions as required.
    • Adhere to the Company dress code and be properly groomed.
    • Obey all federal, state, and local laws.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

    Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent degree from two-year college or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of educations and experience.

    The employee must be able to work a varied schedule during the workday. The FreshTap Team is responsible for draft service on the weekend and the Market Manager will be expected to manage and supervise on the weekends.

    Immediate supervision over a unit, section or department where most of the time is spent assigning, reviewing, checking work, eliminating ordinary difficulties, where procedures are standardized. Responsible for supervising more than 2 and seldom over 10 persons.
