Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Train, develop, and motivate staff to achieve store targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage cash registers and perform cash handling duties
- Implement strategies to drive sales and meet financial goals
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management with a strong understanding of inventory control, POS systems, and payroll procedures
