Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to oversee our operations during evening hours. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our establishment and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food service industry and possess excellent leadership skills.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the night shift operations
- Coordinate with staff to ensure efficient and timely service
- Oversee the catering and banquet operations, ensuring high-quality food and service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Train and mentor staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other managers to develop strategies for improving overall operations

Skills:
- Extensive experience in the food service industry, preferably in a management role
- Strong knowledge of catering, banquet, and restaurant operations
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in food safety practices and regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
