JOB SUMMARY
The Administrative Secretary performs a wide variety of administrative, secretarial and advanced clerical support to departmental personnel and middle management positions.
Assignments are varied and may be project oriented or general administrative and will change based on the business need.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required : Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated proficiency with verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills including grammar, punctuation and spelling.
In addition to one of the following :
Preferred / Optional : Associate degree in secretarial science or related field. One and a half (1 ½) years’ experience as an Administrative Secretary related to the area hired within.
Administrative Secretary experience within healthcare. Experience working with Microsoft Outlook calendars, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe.
