Being a Secretary may distribute mail, handle travel accommodations and maintain office supplies. Has basic word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics software skills. Responsibilities of the job include assistance with case management, calendaring of internal and external events and deadlines, proofreading and formatting documents, communicating with clients and court staff, document preparation, and other administrative tasks, as needed.
