MedAdventures is partnering with one of our top client’s hospital in search of their next CEO and Administrator for their team in the Sugar Land, TX area.

This is a Direct Hire Opportunity!

Responsibilities of the CEO/Admin:

• Leads the facility from an administrative perspective, providing operational and financial resources
• Work closely with providers in the organization to help grow awareness and build a referral base for the facility
• Helps with the overall strategic planning, operational budgeting, and compliance of the organization/location

Requirements for the CEO/Admin:

• 5 years of experience in healthcare leadership, specifically in Behavioral Health facilities and/or organizations
• Proven experience in corporate and strategic planning, as well as some business development
• Strong track record of building rapport with internal team members as well as outside community organizations, partners, and individuals
• Master’s Degree or higher in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or relevant

Compensation and Benefits for the CEO/Admin:

• Up to $185,000 base salary with additional compensation
• Full benefits
• Additional relocation package may be included for the right candidate
