Coordinates high level projects, travel arrangements, and meetings. May plan and schedule work and direct other staff to deliver support. Has a broad knowledge and understanding of the company's operations and business objectives. Requires an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to the CEO. POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Board of Directors, OPARC is seeking a collaborative Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to implement the strategy for the organization, foster internal and external relationships, and exemplify the core values of OPARC. Overseeing an annual operating budget of $15.5 million and a team of more than 200 committed professionals, the CEO is a strategic leader who will rally the staff, Board and key stakeholders to increase OPARC's presence in the community and influence on state and federal legislation affecting OPARC.
In collaboration with OPARC’s shareholders, the CEO will increase financial stability, bring about continued community advocacy, increase fundraising and community partnerships, and expand organizational programming. The ideal candidate is an effective yet personable leader with deep experience in the I/DD community, and is adept at financial management, relationship building, and organizational leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS
This is an exempt full-time position. Salary range $220,000 - $275,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package (i.e. healthcare, dental, vision, and retirement).
