    Section Lead Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • High level overview of all activities that take place in assigned section
    • Responsible for adding color and completing color changes
    • Checking for sample parts at each press
    • Communicate press/part issues with process techs
    • Maintain material handling requirements within section
    • Completion of all required paperwork
    • Maintain a safe work environment
    • Give breaks to operators within section
    • Perform quality checks
    Section Lead Qualifications:
    • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
    Section Lead Requirements:
    • 2 Years- Production Lead or Supervisor in a Manufacturing Environment preferred
    • Ability to handle frequent interruptions
    • Excellent written and oral communication
    • Ability to adjust priorities as needed
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong work ethic
