KBAK/KBFX is seeking an experienced broadcast news editor available to work the overnight shift. The Morning Newscast Video Editor works independently and with the morning news team to prepare and edit daily news video content for our 4 ½ hour morning show as well as our noon shows and other videos for the news team. This role is responsible for working with the news team to find video sources that meet our standards. They would also ensure that the content is of the highest quality, adheres to editorial standards, and meets the daily deadline by using Avid Media Composer.

The hourly compensation range for this role is $15.50 to $17.60. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
