    The Video Content Coordinator is responsible for supporting PURSUIT by helping manage and execute video projects delegated from the Office of the Lead Pastor and Marketing Director.
     
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Helping create and manage video production projects and assisting with the event capture team.
    • Creating promotional video material for events and or Ministries.
    • Creating, editing and delegating some video assets for social media, Sunday video announcements, and sermon series bumper material.
    • Helping manage and delegate roles for film projects, and weekly asset creation.
    • Maintaining, organizing all cameras, inventory, and budget requests for the Video Team.
    • Filming, editing, and completing projects assigned by the Project Manager and Marketing Director.
    • Assist in the ongoing development of PURSUIT’s Documentary.
    • Keeping all video assets organized and easily accessible to the PURSUIT’s server.
    • Assist the Design Team as needed with motion graphics or backgrounds.
    • Stay up to date on industry trends.
    • Attend all staff meetings and required events.
    • All other tasks assigned. 
     
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Be committed to the local church and the executive leadership.
    • Model a passionate pursuit of the presence of God.
    • Be able to pass both local and federal background checks.
    • Follow all PURSUIT policies and procedures. 
    • Must be proficient in Adobe Suite: Premiere Pro and After Effects.
    • Familiar with Blackmagic cameras, Canon lenses, and other professional equipment.
     
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Managerial / administrative experience preferred. 
    • High-school diploma
    • Professional-level skills and experience with people and creative processes.
    • Organizational and written skills. 
    • Entrepreneurial abilities, from big picture strategy to operational details. 
    • Ability to lead staff, recruit, develop, and inspire people, set clear expectations and accountability.
