    3. In-depth knowledge of web development and authoring tools such as Web site design and implementation (HTML, CSS)
    4. Working knowledge of programming and scripting languages to such as PHP, Java, JavaScript, Visual Basic and C#.
    5. Basic knowledge of internet protocols, e.g., Transmission Control Protocol/Internet protocol (TCP/IP)
    6. Basic knowledge of web server administration, database management, file system maintenance techniques, and indexing and file conversion techniques
    7. Sufficient communication, writing and prioritization skills to manage projects and assist end-users with website content management
    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Experience developing web applications
    2. Familiar with source control/versioning tools
    3. Familiar with the latest macOS and Windows operating systems
    4. Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio
    5. Customer service experience assisting end-users with support issues
    6. Ability to demonstrate at least one functional web application and one website, blog, social media or other publication
    7. Familiarity with security/privacy best practices and state and federal guidelines and requirements including FERPA, GLBA, GDPR, HIPAA and ADA
