    Our Electronic Attack Solutions product line specializes in proven airborne situational awareness and electronic attack capability with enhanced precision, performance, reliability, and self-protection. EAS discriminators are: Providing key jamming subsystems on the EC-130H since 1981 and now for the new EC-37B platform, modular architecture ensures support of conventional and irregular warfare environments, leading U.S. Air Force in open architectures to meet rapid capability insertion, as well as trusted mission system integration prime, providing defensive system, sustainment, and advanced threat upgrades. EAS Key Programs are: Compass Call EC-130H, Compass Call EC-37B, AN/ALQ 221 for U-2.

    The CEMA Systems Engineering team seeks a systems engineering leader who will oversee a team of section leads in the Integrated Survivability Solutions product line. With the solutions we are developing and evolving, we will provide Full-Spectrum next-generation dispenser systems and compact countermeasures.

    In this leadership role, you will report to a business area Systems Engineering Business Area Discipline Lead and manage a team of approximately 4-6 section leads that manage teams of talented systems engineers that support programs located at our New Hampshire facilities.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage the Product Line Systems Engineering Section Lead team:

    • SE Staffing Movement / Gaps / Closure Plans
    • SE Leadership
    • SE PL Org by Program
    • Program (1-n) 15 Month Staffing Window (Planned vs Actuals)

    • Program Quad Chart
    • Program Key Milestones
    • Develop a strategy to support business area growth that includes your recommendations on how to:
    • Build and sustain the systems engineering workforce
    • Incorporate industry best practices and new tools and technologies to enhance effectiveness.


    Required Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Hold an active DoD TS Clearance or hold an active DoD Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS
    • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science and 12 years of work experience
    • Engineering background and leadership skills with experience in multiple aspects of the Defense (DoD) product development lifecycle
    • Ability to lead a large organization with diverse cultures and individual differences
    • Proven performance management, mentoring, coaching, and communication skills


    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Functional Management Leadership experience (i.e. performance management, staffing)
    • Ability to formulate a strategic vision and define and implement action plans to achieve goals in a changing environment
    • Experience across engineering lifecycle (i.e. requirements analysis, architecture design/development, integration, verification, sell-off, security accreditation, and maintenance)
    • Advanced technical degree or certification relevant to engineering, technical, or business focus
    • Familiarity with payload processing and EOIR applications
    • Experience interfacing with internal and external customers
    • Experience developing/reviewing technical and cost artifacts for new business activities
    • Experience supporting Trade Studies, Con Ops development, Cost Account Management, engineering initiatives and agile process application


    Pay Information
    Full-Time Salary Range: $147300 - $250400

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
