The Air Combat Command's 67th Cyberspace Wing (67 CW), 346th Test Squadron (346TS) plans, executes, and contributes as both an operational and participating test organization in a full array of operational tests of various cyber weapons in coordination with the 318 Range Squadron (318RANS) who provides instrumented cyber range services, through both physical hardware and virtual systems. 

In support of this mission, ANALYGENCE is seeking a Technical Editor to review cyber and range documentation along with policies and procedures for constructing and archiving technical reports. Specifically, the Technical Editor shall:

• Review reports for accuracy, grammar and compliance with AF and DoD guidelines for official documents
• Provide technical editing services during all phases of projects, including formatting, editing, proof reading (e.g., Rough order magnitudes (ROM) cost estimates, Test support agreements (TSA), test and assessment plans, data management analysis plans (DMAPS), test and range procedure documentation, test and assessment reports, network security related regulations, policies and guidance training, standard operating procedures, informational materials, technical publications, range network diagrams, flow charts and graphical images, and documents in support of all test and range functions
• Lead efforts to train and educate the organization's use of knowledge management and information sharing
• Manage the indexing/cataloguing, storage, and access of explicit organizational knowledge (e.g., hard copy documents, digital files)
• Design, build, implement, and maintain a knowledge management framework that provides end-users access to the organization’s intellectual capital
• Promote knowledge sharing between information owners/users through an organization’s operational processes and systems
