Job Description : RECORDS ANALYSTJob Summary : HQ aero is currently recruiting for a Records Analyst in Marana AZ.Responsibilities : As a Records Analyst, you will be required to : Locate, receive, audit, repair, scan or copy, inventory, file, distribute and archive completed aviation related maintenance records generated by the repair station.
Organize, both physically and electronically, high volumes (tens of thousands) of aviation related maintenance records for 100% accountability.
Use written and verbal communication skills to interface with internal and external customers as well as regulatory authorities in support of special requests.
Lead Analysts in daily assignments.Responsible for record updates for all QC Inspectors and documentation pertaining to change of management.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Quality.Qualifications, Experience & RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentClerical at Repair Station PreferredKnowledge of paper and electronic filing systems, Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.Must be able to follow verbal instructions and written policies / procedures to ensure compliance with applicable company procedures.
Ensures that all work performed is in compliance with company procedures including but not limited to the FAA accepted RSM / QCM, Standard Operating Procedures and other applicable procedures related to FAA and other regulatory agency requirements.
Ensure that all work performed is done in a safe manner. Directs activities to protect employees from harm and maintain safe working conditions.
