ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a A/R Analyst to join our Automotive Electronic Products (AEP) team in our Logansport, Indiana location. You will be responsible for all aspects of Accounts Receivable.

Major responsibilities:

• Create production and miscellaneous invoices and credit memos as required.
• Submit invoices and credit memos to customers as needed.
• File tracking information for shipments.
• Enter cash receipts and credit card transactions.
• Contact customers for payment resolution as needed.
• Create and distribute daily sales report as required.
• Perform other accounting duties as deemed necessary by the controller.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates degree in accounting or equivalent experience
• 2 or more years in the accounting field
• Must be able to work with customers
• Must have knowledge of accounting
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and ten-key calculator
