What you will be doing?

• Process inbound transfers for all asset types
• Work with team to ensure the timely processing of asset movement and system postings
• Reconcile transactions to ensure no position or cash outages are reported
• When exception is discovered, work to complete it in a timely manner to meet all expected SLAs.
• Work with the service teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Work with various counter-parties to ensure a smooth transfer process.
• Ensure all revelant procedures are updated and utilized.
• Monitor email box to ensure requests are addressed appropriately.
• Work with Management on reporting
• Work on other items as needed from Management
• Look for ways to improve the processes.

What you will need:

• Proficient in the use of basic office equipment and tools as well as applications specific to trust systems/processes
• Requires strong problem-solving, time management, organizational and data entry skills
• Familiar with inbound/outbound process
• Experience with Transfers and the transfer process
• Profficient with Excel
• Requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and adjust schedules to meet deadlines
• Ability to work in an organized manner
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public
