Compensation/Schedule:

This is an exempt, full time position.

Schedule: 5 days a week – 8 hour shifts.

Pay: Depending on experience

Duties & Responsibilities: (See full job description for more details):

• Develop and maintain Crystal and Power BI reports to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and understand reporting needs.
• Design and implement data models and visualizations in Power BI to present data in a meaningful and actionable way.
• Optimize report performance and efficiency through query optimization and report design best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation for Crystal and Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Provide technical support and training to users on Crystal and Power BI reporting tools.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and reporting.
• Develop data models within Power BI to establish relationships between different datasets. This involves defining primary and foreign keys, as well as establishing one-to-one, one-to-many, or many-to-many relationships as per the data structure.
• Utilize Power BI’s data integration capabilities to connect various data pools, which may be stored in disparate sources such as databases, cloud platforms, spreadsheets, or enterprise applications.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in developing Crystal and Power BI reports certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Experience with data modeling and visualization techniques.
• Experience with other reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.
• Prior experience in providing technical support and training to end-users is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
