Securities Analyst jobs in Houston, TX

Day to day responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Keep the front desk tidy and presentable.
• Greet and welcome guests.
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
• Keep updated records and files.
• Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
• Take up other operations duties as assigned.
• Assist with client account maintenance (travel notes, tax certifications, tax reversals, access online, tracking of incoming wires. Etc.)
• Form Generation
• Loan Processing

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Spanish, orally and written
• Strong communications and people skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Docusign
• Problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation
• General knowledge of internet/intranet usage
• Ability to learn the use of new platforms and proprietary software
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Skilled in multi-tasking and managing priorities effectively
• Ability to handle complex and challenging situations from origination to completion
• Ability to identify and escalate issues
• Team Player
