System Salesperson. Schuler Security provides peace of mind to residential and commercial customers
in Cape May and Atlantic Counties; we install and monitor burglar, fire and low temp alarms, cameras,
Wi-Fi, TV, phone, network wiring, smart thermostats and more to create an intelligent home.
We seek a tech-savvy salesperson who can think on their feet, learn quickly and sell the many services
offered by Schuler Security. These services are primarily home security systems (Total Connect™
experience a plus) but add-on sales opportunities include:
TV set-up
SONOS installation
Ring installation
CCTV installation
Surround Sound installation
Card Access installation
Universal Remote programming
Wi-Fi network set-up
Bluetooth device programming
Total Connect™ experience a plus
This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay, great benefits, and opportunity for growth. This is
not an entry level position; minimum two years’ experience required.
The Home Security System Salesperson will be expected but not limited to perform the following
duties:
Promptly return all inbound sales calls; place outbound hot, warm and cold calls; promptly reply to
text and email inquiries; send outbound texts to hot, warm and cold leads; promptly handle and resolve
phone calls, texts and emails related to sales and installation issues
Provide elite customer service
Work with owner to properly create sales estimates and installation timelines
Applying candidates must have a clean driving record and be able to work on their feet, in an office
environment and in the field in various types of environments (confined spaces, construction sites,
residential houses and garages, etc.).
This position entails the use of a company vehicle and may require working nights and weekends as well
as outside of the office hours of Monday through Friday 8 – 4:30
