About the role:

The Training Clerk holds primary responsibility for the administration of SIS web-based learning resources, and for the documentation produced by such. The Training Clerk will be reporting to the Technical Training Manager and will share responsibility for the copy-editing of all written training materials.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:

• Provide administrative assistance for the operation and configuration of our web-based learning resources
• Regularly review and edit written training materials within the LMS to ensure optimal readability and grammatical accuracy
• Update our compliance trackers in Excel on a daily basis to ensure clear cross-departmental communication of general LMS information
• Identify and communicate perceived opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements
• Performs other related duties as required

As a candidate you must have:

• High School diploma
• One plus years experience in an office environment
• High level of proficiency with PC and iOS hardware and software such as word processing, data analysis, presentations, Visio, Google Docs, and Salesforce
• Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service
