Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor pool areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Provide first response to emergencies and coordinate with local emergency services as necessary.
- Conduct regular patrols of the pool area to detect and deter unauthorized activities.
- Assist guests with inquiries or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain detailed logs of incidents and activities during shifts.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement and improve security measures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in security, lifeguarding, or a related field is preferred.
- CPR certification is highly advantageous.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to act with integrity and professionalism at all times.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work afternoon shifts, including weekends and holidays.
