Security Coordinator administers, coordinates, and evaluates security programs that support the strategy, policies, and standards established for the physical safety of all visitors, employees, or customers to the organization's facilities and the security of property and assets. Compiles data and analyzes results of audits, inspections, daily logs, and incident reports to assess security vulnerabilities, measure program effectiveness, and identify the need for additional resources. Being a Security Coordinator coordinates any required security clearance processing or investigative research for employees or job candidates with applicable entities. Assists with the development of training, education programs, and communications on security policies and topics to ensure staff is prepared for potential security issues, crisis response, disaster recovery, evacuation, workplace violence, and other emergency events. Additionally, Security Coordinator monitors communications and stays informed about local, state, provincial, or federal security-related information, directives, and events. May coordinate or assist with investigations and critical event responses in coordination with law enforcement and other officials. Understands law enforcement methods, tactics, and procedures. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Security Coordinator work is highly independent. As a Program Coordinator , your responsibilities would include implementing educational initiatives in learning and development for all ISMG employees.

Responsibilities Oversee the strategy and vision setting for employee educational initiatives. Research curriculum actively and remain up-to-date on developments within the industry and competitors.
Actively seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate training employees. Schedule and conduct meetings with management and internal stakeholders to proactively identify topics to be address or areas in need of additional instruction.
Develop internal marketing materials to be distributed within the company promoting the course and necessary details. Analyze performance gaps and defines training needs.
Excellent organizational skills; adept at planning and executing projects. Be the point of contact for support. Ensure that all the data collected from the participants is protected.
Conduct evaluations to determine the program's effectiveness. Provide updates on the development of the curriculum. Collect data around curriculum content and ensures that content has been discussed and delivered with fidelity.
Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials. Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment.
Perform other duties that may arise from the programs that are necessary for success. Requirements At least a Bachelor’s Degree;
master's degree or higher will be a plus. Minimum of 5 years in Learning and Development or other related fields. Experience facilitating training.
Proficient in MS Office tools and applications : Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal, and communication skills;
adept at planning and executing projects. Data-driven and results-oriented, with unquestionable commitment to high-quality work.
Experience with Articulate and Absorb (LMS). A proactive cultural leader and team player who thrives on collaboration and learning.
Experience with implementing and evaluating curriculum development. Comfort in working with diverse populations; on a global scale is a plus.
Experience with mentor programs as a mentor, mentee, or coordinator. Video editing and graphic design experience is a plus.
