Accounts Receivable Coordinator

What we’re looking for:

An energetic and enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our fast-growing and dynamic team.

What you’ll be doing:

The responsibilities of this position will vary greatly, but primarily focus on the coordination of Accounts Receivable activities.   As such, the candidate will be required to interact frequently with employees internally from the Operations and Sales groups, as well as externally with customers. The standard work hours for this employee are 8:30 AM – 5 PM, Monday-Friday in our corporate office in Exton, PA.

This position is one we hold in high regard in order to provide the level of service excellence our customers expect and deserve.  Specific duties to include:

• Generate invoices for installation projects, coordinate billings with Project Managers
• Complete Project Invoice submission documents – AIA Forms, Lien Waivers, etc
• Manage customer invoice submission portals 
• New customer on-boarding
• Manage customer sales tax exemptions
• First level collections
• Issue customer statements

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor or equivalent degree or 1-2 years of experience
• Accounting or Customer Service experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal manner to customers and to those within the company
• Must possess a positive attitude and be willing to interact with customer, co-workers, and other personnel at all times
• Commitment to integrity and Company Standards and Procedures
• Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
