This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in creating a world-class brand for one of the hottest companies in the cyber-security industry. The ideal candidate brings the talent of an artist, combines creative expertise as a graphics designer with strong understanding of business and marketing, and translates complex technological ideas into simple, beautiful, and visually engaging content and materials. You will be responsible for setting the standard for high quality and professional creative design across the company. You will help establish and execute a brand vision that charts the path for marketing growth to align with and drive business growth and build an in-house creative services team. This is a high-profile role in the company, that requires working with the executive team and cross-functionally across the company. The role reports to the CMO.
Key Responsibilities:- Help to develop our visual identity and brand elements for our marketing needs.
- Lead the brand strategy and execution. Write and enforce global brand guidelines, look and feel.
- Design various visual content illustrations, digital campaigns, demo’s, presentations, web-designs etc. while maintaining our brand identity.
- Own the website creative direction, design, and collaboration with the web development team/resources.
- Evaluate and manage outside design agencies, freelancers and vendors.
- Work closely and collaborate with the UX/UI team for a consistent brand experience.
- Multitask on several projects and as needed while meeting tight deadlines.
Qualifications:- 7 years of experience in marketing and brand design for or in, B2B software companies. Team leadership experience is a plus.
- Ability to get things done, quickly and effectively, consistently meeting deadlines and beating expectations.
- Self-starter, curious, demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about design trends, design tools and resources.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint.
- Strong grasp of the elements of design such as typography, composition, and color, as well as having a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Experience in motion design – a plus.
- Experience working with WordPress - a plus.
- Innovative, motivated, organized, high energy team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a good sense of humor.
- Experience hiring and managing creative talent, as well as working with external resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications or Graphic Design.
