Perfect Service Heating & Air is looking for one experienced, on-site, full-time, motivated, driven, intelligent, punctual, hard-working, and drug-free individual to help dispatch calls to technicians as well as answer the phones, do data entry, order parts, and other tasks. You will be under the Primary Dispatcher and will work in conjunction with him to make sure everything gets done smoothly.
You must be computer savvy and either have Quickbooks experience or be a quick learning. At times, this will be in a high-stress position and you have to be able to handle yourself well and professionally under pressure. You also need to be fluent in Microsoft Excel and it would be beneficial to have some accounting experience.
