AGE and GAMING:
21 years of age or above.
Gaming property – Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED is required. Prior dispatcher experience preferred.
TESTING:
Must be able score a minimum of 35 WPM with 85% accuracy on Keyboarding. Must take the required testing identified for this position. (Testing must be completed within 5 business days of applying for the position.)
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in the knowledge and use of basic computer operations is preferred. Previous experience in using the Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel) is also preferred. May not be convicted or arrested of any criminal offense.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests and other associates of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Essential duties for this position include but not limited to the following: Safely lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasions as well stand and walk for 50% of assigned shift. Able to sit for extended periods of time. Repetitive bending, kneeling, stooping, pushing and pulling will be required throughout shift.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud. When on the casino floor or other designated areas may be subjected to tobacco smoke.
