Security Dispatcher - Casino jobs in Paramus, NJ

Treehouse Cannabis is seeking an experienced Dispensary Dispatcher to join our team. As the Dispensary Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient and timely delivery of cannabis products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor incoming customer orders, fulfill and assign to delivery drivers
• Communicate with delivery drivers to provide order details, delivery instructions, and updates on traffic conditions
• Maintain real-time tracking of all deliveries and ensure timely, accurate, and secure fulfillment
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during deliveries, such as product shortages or delivery delays
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating delivery updates and addressing any customer inquiries
• Collaborate with the inventory management to optimize procedures
• Ensure all deliveries comply with state and local regulations regarding cannabis transportation
• Maintain detailed records of all dispatched deliveries and driver activity
• Track daily inventory adjustments

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as a dispatcher or in a similar logistics-oriented role
• Strong knowledge of the local area and familiarity with traffic patterns and conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficient in the use of dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, POS and other relevant technologies
• Thorough understanding of state and local regulations governing the transportation of cannabis products
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
