Job Description:

• Receive incoming calls from officers and distribute information accordingly
• Dispatch officers to various locations according to schedules and client needs
• Communicate effectively with officers regarding call-outs, schedule changes, or other concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including logs of calls-outs and other scheduling needs
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in dispatching or scheduling required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and other computer applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
