Summary:

Ensures the security and safety of the guests, team members and the cash and physical assets of Golden Eagle Casino

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures the integrity of gaming and the Security of the facility
• Maintains a constant surveillance throughout the Casino watching for irregularities or illegal activity
• Immediately reports suspicious or unusual activities to the proper Security Supervisor, Department Manager and/or General Manager
• Periodically checks perimeter and cage doors
• Delivers fill/credits to cage and gaming stations
• Escorts chip, token, and cash transfers within the Casino
• Collects and transports table game drop boxes to storage area
• Escorts money transfers with in all areas of the Casino
• Assist in monitoring traffic as required
• Maintains and controls access to restricted Casino areas
• Check I.D. of possible underage guests
• Ensures the safety of guests and team members at all times
• Performs first aid as required and assists EMT’s as needed
• Works with tribal police, fire or emergency medical teams as necessary
• Accept found property and tags for safekeeping
• Assists in locating lost property
• Fosters and maintains positive player/house relations
• Accepts, records or notifies management of complaints
• Removes individuals from Casino when directed by the General Manager or Security management
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or GED, required
  

Language Skills:

• Must have good English speaking and writing skills
• Must be able to produce organized and clearly written reports
