ARS is looking for an dynamic person for fill a dual role within our team. This dual position will include aspects of security & safety but also at times include front desk responsibilities. The facility Navigator role will involve the monitoring and maintaining order of ARS’ premises, which includes the building, parking lot and patient waiting areas.

Essential Function:

• Monitors and control access at building entrance, and lobby area, ensuring that area is neat, clean and quiet at all times.

• Observes for signs of disorder disturbances

• Responsible for receptionist duties that include timely answering of telephones and recording messages.

• Ensures messages are received by appropriate party

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position

• Proficient in the use of personal computers

• Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as excellent telephone etiquette.

• Good communication and de-escalation techniques.

• Integrity and professionalism

• High school degree or equivalence
