DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the efficient operation of the Security Department during an assigned shift. Ensures protection of the company assets as well as the security, safety and welfare of the guests and employees.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Requires a valid Mississippi Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Four (4) years of experience in casino security required.
Two (2) years of supervisory experience required.
Must be thoroughly knowledgeable of casino hotel security procedures and regulations.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Physical aspects of the job may include walking and standing for extended periods of time and responding to emergency situations involving moderate to strenuous physical exertion.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certificates.
