We at Mitchell’s Merchant Patrol are now hiring Arizona DPS-licensed unarmed security guards. We need people for Event Security, weekend events, full-time, part-time, and on-call, willing to work at various job sites, we have seasonal work and year-round work available year-round.

The locations vary throughout the entirety of Yuma County. The hours vary, which include the day shift, swing shift, and graveyard shift. The candidates must be available for on-call work or additional shifts, weekends, and holidays. Scheduled work is posted weekly and must be able to work alone.

Our requirements include: must be able to read and write in English; bilingual is preferred but not required; the ability to understand directives; to make observations and verbally and/or write reports incidents online using our app; the ability to effectively communicate with business owners, clients, managers, and local law enforcement when necessary; your own running vehicle, a cell phone for calls and messaging, access to the Internet to see and confirm your shift scheduling. The ability to complete post orders including foot patrol, traffic control, and direct personnel.

We do provide holiday pay for six (6) major holidays and paychecks are guaranteed bi-weekly by direct deposit.

**You must already possess Arizona DPS Unarmed Security Guard License to be considered.**

Salary: $14.35 to $14.50 /hour
